At the beginning of the Covid-19 crisis my son encouraged us in our decision to self isolate before the rest of the UK thought it necessary. I last saw my grandchildren after school almost 7 weeks ago, on March 11th.
At the beginning of the Covid-19 crisis my son encouraged us in our decision to self isolate before the rest of the UK thought it necessary. I last saw my grandchildren after school almost 7 weeks ago, on March 11th.
Some things were only a little different from usual; ordering on-line gifts required a little more planning in case delivery times were extended, ingredients for making a cake had to be planned rather more in advance than usual to fit in with our volunteer shoppers delivery times (still waiting for our first on-line delivery).

Last night I decided the time had come when I had to try to get an on-line shopping delivery by staying up until after midnight. John had tried Sainsburys the night before but had no joy so for my turn I tried Tesco.
We have experienced two new ways of getting health care today.
Today I had in mind to do a little bit of each of; Mindful movement, Mindful activity and Mindful meditation.
It did feel like the beginning of the week today. At the end of our third week of social isolation I feel my routine is settling down.
