Planned a route to take me through the most beautiful local woods and meadows with newborn lambs.
It was a lovely route, a lovely run and very few people out and about. I am so pleased that I find I can run further and faster than I have been doing for a long while. Still 10 weeks until my 70th birthday. I plan to go on building up the distance so I can celebrate on the day with the longest run yet.
